Delivery charges
Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) and Monaco :
Delivery charges are calculated separately depending on the size and weight of the goods and on delivery address. Delivery charges will be added to product prices and the Customer will be informed of these charges on confirmation of his order.
Corsica, overseas territories, and other countries excluding metropolitan France:
The Customer is required to contact the customer service department on contact@majordomes.com as extra delivery charges and customs taxes may apply.
Returns
The Customer benefits from a 7 working day period as of delivery date to return his goods without penalty according to article L 121-20 etc of the consumer law of France.
The goods must be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging to the following address : DAUDIN, 628 avenue du Grain d’Or 41350 Vineuil, France. All costs and charges linked to the return of the goods will be covered by the Customer. A copy of the invoice must be included in the package. The Provider will check the goods for damages and verify that the goods correspond to the invoice before refunding the Customer. If the goods are returned under the 30 day guarantee period, the Provider will refund the Customer for the returned goods but not for any delivery costs or charges. .
